FROWENS PROMISE TO PAY FOR HIPS
On the 14th of December 2007 it became compulsory for all properties offered for sale to have a Home Information Pack. As well as the newly introduced Energy Performance Certificate the pack contains other documents previously commissioned by the purchaser much later in the buying process. By having these documents available at the outset it is believed that the home buying process may well be speeded up. Effectively it means some of the costs would be transferred from purchaser to you the vendor.
We at Frowens do not believe our vendors should be asked to pay for the Hips pack. THEREFORE WHEN YOU DECIDE TO MARKET YOUR HOME WITH FROWENS WE PROMISE WE WILL COMMISSION AND PAY FOR YOUR PACK.
