Mortgages

- A typical fee charged would be £345, payable at application stage, we will also receive a commission from the lender. We will refund the fee should the lender reject your application.

Our investment service starts with a free, no obligation consultation to discuss your specific circumstances. This initial consultation can often be done over the telephone to identify if it is an area we can help you with. Even if we can’t help we may be able to guide you to a solution that is right for you. As part of this consultation we will discuss the process we will follow and the likely costs associated with our services. We will always agree any costs with you in advance. The initial consultation is normally followed by a meeting at a location and time to suit you.
